From first idea to a finished order.

Quantity, product preferences, destination and requested date. Add your logo if it’s ready.
- 2 · Review the quote & artwork
Check the item, names, placement, costs and delivery terms before approving the current versions.
- 3 · Payment, production & shipping
After approval, payment is a separate step. Production follows confirmed payment; shipping details appear with your request.
Sending a request does not charge you or approve production.
Before you request a quote
How much will the order cost? Is there a minimum?
Share your intended quantity, even if you are still estimating. The studio confirms whether the requested batch is possible and quotes the products, engraving, shipping and applicable taxes. Ask the studio to confirm the minimum quantity and any volume pricing for your item. Add a target budget and currency to your notes if you have one.
Can we choose different colors and names?
Describe the mix you want in the model, size and color preferences. For individual names, use one line per recipient and add the size or color beside the name if needed. Availability and the final allocation are confirmed in your quote and proof.
What if our logo or name list is not ready?
You can request a quote without attaching a file. If it’s ready, send a JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF up to 5 MiB. A clear original helps us review engraving detail and placement. Mention any missing names or artwork in the notes; the studio must confirm the final material before production.
Can you meet our event date?
Enter the date you need the items delivered, plus the destination country and postal code. The studio checks production and carrier transit before confirming a date. The requested date is not a delivery guarantee.
Can we request packaging, samples or multiple destinations?
Add these requirements to the notes. The studio will confirm feasibility and any related costs in the quote; these options are not automatically included.
How do I follow up or show the request to a colleague?
After sending, keep the request ID and download your receipt for your records or internal review. The private request page opens in the browser used to submit it; forwarding its URL does not grant access. You can create a one-use viewing code there for a colleague to see the products, names, quote and current proof, without approval or payment access. Check that page for the quote and proof, or contact the studio with your request ID.
