We use order and contact details only to prepare, deliver and support your purchase.

Project requests and artwork

When you submit a custom or group request, your project details, individual names and uploaded files are saved privately for studio review. The necessary support cookie lets this browser open your request, download files and approve its current quote and proof. Clearing browser data removes this browser’s access. The request owner can create a single-use viewing code for a colleague or another device. That private view includes selected products, engraving text, name lists, the quote and current artwork; contact fields, payment links and approval rights are not shared. Codes expire after one hour; redeemed viewing access lasts seven days unless the owner revokes it sooner. Files are not sent to advertising services. Ask the studio about access or deletion.

Optional marketing measurement

Advertising measurement is off unless the shop has connected and reviewed it. When enabled, you can accept or decline it and change that choice using Marketing preferences. Declining does not prevent shopping or sending a request. Product and checkout events exclude engraving text, names, contact details and uploaded files. Shopify checkout has its own privacy and consent settings.

AI shopping help

AI questions and the recent text of this conversation may be processed by OpenAI to answer using public shop information. AI answers can make mistakes; use Ask the studio to contact a person and return in the same browser for the reply. Names and emails from the contact fields are not included in AI requests. Do not include payment or sensitive personal details in messages.

Support chat

Chat messages, the page you ask about, and any name or email you choose to share are saved by our studio. If a studio notification integration is enabled, messages may also be forwarded to its private Telegram inbox. A necessary browser cookie lets you return to your conversation for 30 days; clearing browser data removes access from that browser. Please do not send payment card details. Ask the studio if you want your conversation removed.

Information used

Contact, delivery and order details are used to make and fulfill the purchase and provide support.

Payments

Payment information is handled by Shopify and its payment providers; it is not stored by this storefront.
